Tech Packs
A well-designed tech pack helps streamline the production process, reduce errors, and improve communication between designers and manufacturers. We prepare tech packs in case they are not provided by clients.
Pattern Making
Pattern making involves creating a template or blueprint for the garment that will be used to guide the cutting and sewing of the fabric. Our talented design team prepares original patterns in sampling, or customers can provide their own patterns as an option.
Fabric Sourcing
Fabric and material sourcing is a crucial factor in clothing manufacturing in terms of cost and quality. We select fabrics and materials when clients do not provide them, sharing selected fabrics and color charts through videos and photos.
Sampling
We use a Calico/Toile Fabric to produce a garment before going into final fabric for right fitting & design look. After Calico/Toile fitting we move to final sampling stage to give final garment look.
Production
Our production process is managed with precision and care, from cutting to sewing, ensuring high-quality finished garments.
Material Sourcing
We supply all necessary materials for production, including basic trimmings like zip, threads, buttons, elastic etc. Alternatively, customers can provide these materials themselves.
Private Labeling
All productions are made to the private labels of our customers. We work with high-quality suppliers for brand labels, hangtags, care labels, and packages, applying all branded materials with care during sewing and packaging.
Quality Control
Quality control is one of the most important steps in clothing manufacturing. We conduct inspections during sewing, ironing, and the finishing line, ensuring that all finished products meet high standards before packing.
Packing
We pack all products according to customer instructions. Recycled, sustainable, and other packing options can be implemented successfully by our production team. Our experienced suppliers can produce any type of packing materials for our customers.
Handwork and Embroidery Services
Add a unique touch to your garments with our exquisite handwork and embroidery services. Our skilled artisans can bring intricate designs to life, enhancing your creations with beautiful embellishments that make each piece truly special.
Shipping
We ship by road, air, sea, and express, using the most efficient delivery options worldwide. We share different shipping quotes for customer approval before shipment. Customers can also manage their own shipments if preferred.
